With limited room for growth on 22 acres of prime real estate in Central Austin,

Concordia University sold its existing academic campus and purchased a 400-acre

corporate campus in northwest Austin. BGKA was hired to master plan the entire

new campus for immediate and future needs, and assist with design issues related

to the conversion of existing corporate buildings for academic purposes.
