Concordia University Campus Relocation Project Wins
Austin Business Journal 2010 Best Real Estate Award

Having outgrown its 22-acre site near downtown Austin, Concordia University acquired Schlumberger's
former 389-acre corporate campus in Northwest Austin. Barnes Gromatzky Kosarek Architects created
a master plan to accommodate extensive growth on the new campus, and work began to convert existing
corporate buildings into facilities appropriate for higher education. Work was completed under budget
and on time for the start of Fall 2008 classes. On April 9, 2010, the project team received a Best Real Estate
Award from the Austin Business Journal in recognizing the success of Concordia University's new campus.
