Administrative Responsibilities
• Answering the phone, greeting and assisting visitors
• Some typing, photocopying, faxing, and filing

• Maintenance of architectural product and literature library
• Inventory and ordering of office and postage supplies

Marketing Responsibilities
• Assisting in production and design of printed materials including: proposals, brochures, and other presentation materials
• Overseeing equipment and materials associated with activities described above
• Assisting Marketing Director with evolving short and long-term strategic initiatives
• Assisting in management of business development database and opportunity tracking
• Tracking and helping prepare submissions for various annual design awards

Production Skills and Approach
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to produce custom proposals and marketing materials that are consistently well-organized, easy to read, and aesthetically pleasing
• Recognition that personal creativity must be exercised in ways that reflect, promote, and enhance the firm’s philosophy and character
This position is well-suited for a self-motivated individual who can align personal and company interests. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or similarly creative field would be desirable. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications, including health insurance, paid vacations and holidays, and a 401K plan.
