Since founding the firm in 1985, Jay has focused on building a solid reputation for client service. He has served as Principal-in-Charge for many of the firm's major projects.

Jay has effectively led planning processes for major civic buildings, schools, and universities. His ability to listen, collaborate, and value the ideas and skills of others was notably demonstrated during the decade of work at the $85 million Texas School for the Deaf.

Carl promotes quality projects through his proven technical skills, design expertise, and thorough project management. A principal since 1997, Carl joined the firm in 1990. He provides a balance of proven technical and design expertise.

From programming and project coordination through construction documents and construction administration, Carl epitomizes a conscientious attitude with his careful attention to cost-effective and timely project completion.

A member of the firm since 1990 and a principal since 1997, Tommy brings over twenty years of design experience to the firm in both Architecture and in Interior Design.

As design team leader, his inspiration guides the development of award-winning designs. Tommy's focus is in the creation of humane and socially responsive environments. The Texas School for the Deaf campus in Austin is a prime example of his commitment to architecture that responds to how people live.
