The work of N. Thomas Kosarek, AIA, will be on display as part of the Art in Architecture
exhibit in the Inspiration Gallery of Riverbend Church. Opening January 15, 2009, the show
features works by architects from seven area design firms. Focused on the process drawings
of four major projects, as well as some recent material, Mr. Kosarek's presentation includes
initial conceptual sketches, design development studies, and perspective renderings all created
by hand. As such, the drawings display a level of craftsmanship and visualization that has become
increasingly less common in an age of computer-aided design.
