110 Parking Spaces

After working on the Round Rock City Hall Policy Center, BGKA was hired again by the City

to design a transit terminal and parking facility in the same district of downtown. While

the initial construction accommodates 110 cars on two floors, the building is actually

designed so that three more floors of parking can be added in the future. Similarly

parking spaces along the street were designed to be converted into ground floor retail.
